Our panellists will explore one of the biggest challenges facing our industry: how we make flexibility work in practice.

Rather than debating policy, this will be an honest, open chat about what flexibility looks like across different roles and career stages, why it's so difficult to get right in operational environments, and what leaders can do to create workplaces where flexibility can become less of a barrier.

We'll answer questions like

• How do we realistically set boundaries in place with managers & colleagues?
• How do you set boundaries without feeling like you're letting your team down or setting your career back?
• What can leaders and managers do that genuinely makes a difference?
• Where have we seen flexibility really work?

• What can male allies in particular do to make these conversations easier?
