Our first Mentee Bootcamp of the year is here and you’re invited!
Together, we’ll explore what it means to show up as an engaged, confident mentee, tackle common worries like “what if I don’t know what to ask?” or “what if I’m not sure of my goals”, and share practical tools that turn mentoring conversations into real career progress.
Please note, this will be an interactive session with a short breakout room activity, so come ready to take part. It’s a supportive space where you can learn from fellow mentees, share experiences, and leave with clarity, confidence and next steps.
Led by Deborah Ogden, you’ll connect with other mentees on a similar journey, gain fresh insight into how mentoring really works, and feel more confident using your mentoring relationship to support your development.
