Rachel Gartshore Awarded 2025 Australian One to Watch

Meat Business Women is proud to announce Rachel Gartshore as the winner of the 2025 Australian One to Watch award!

Rachel, a Production Planner & Analyst at Kilcoy Global Foods, was recognised at the MBW National Conference on 15 May in Brisbane for her standout leadership qualities—particularly her ability to support, uplift, and empower the people around her.

Rather than leading from the front with titles or authority, Rachel leads through listening, trust, and collaboration. She creates space for others to contribute, builds strong team connections, and inspires those around her to do their best work. Whether mentoring new team members or guiding continuous improvement projects, she brings a steady hand and people-first mindset to everything she does.

“I still can’t quite believe it,” says Rachel. “I’m incredibly grateful and honestly a bit overwhelmed to be recognised in this way. There are so many impressive women in our industry doing amazing things, so to be named the winner is such an honour. I’m excited to keep learning, keep growing, and hopefully make a meaningful contribution to the industry that’s given me so much.”

The One to Watch award, proudly supported by Marel, includes a $5,000 prize to invest in the winner’s professional growth.
