Meat Business Women's Gender Representation Report 2026

Prepare Now: Shape the Future of Gender Representation in Global Food and Meat Manufacturing

In 2026, Meat Business Women will launch the third edition of the Global Gender Representation Report — the definitive global study tracking gender balance across the meat and food manufacturing industries.

The 2026 edition will be the most comprehensive yet, expanding beyond meat to include insights from the entire global food manufacturing sector.

It will show how women’s representation has evolved since 2020 and highlight the actions driving progress toward the Food Business Charter’s goal of 40% female representation by 2035.
