The business case for creating gender-inclusive workplaces is unequivocal.
Businesses with diverse workforces are more profitable and have better share prices.
Companies which have executive committees with female membership of more than 33% have a net profit margin over ten times greater than those companies with no women at this level.
Inclusion is no longer a “nice-to-have”, but rather a necessity if the meat industry is to thrive in the years to come. Together with our partners we are attracting, supporting and retaining talent and sustaining the future of the industry.

I'm proud to be able to associate with Meat Business Women which is helping to change the old-fashioned perception of being a male dominated industry to one that is seen to be open to all and is forward thinking, relevant, exciting industry to work.

Our latest global research shows while progress is being made in gender equality at a senior level, there is still much work to be done to close the gender gap.
In order to ensure the sustainability of our sector, we must sustain our efforts to promote women at the senior level while addressing the critical challenge of creating a pipeline of skilled talent.
The main difference is that our Strategic partnership is for organisations looking for global reach and more involvement in our global initiatives, e.g. our Gender Representation Report and industry wide campaigns. Strategic partners also receive 25 individual memberships.
Supporting partnership is for companies who mainly operate or want to focus their efforts in one region and receive branding at a country level. They receive 10 individual memberships.
