I’ve joined the Cranswick in 2006 as a factory operative. Since that time, I’ve been working on various positions such as label controller, team leader, area leader and now I am a Trainee Shift manager for Logistic department (final pack, despatch, dry goods and yard).

Primal Area Manager, Cranswick plc
I've been working for Cranswick for last 16 years, started as production operative and later became charge hand in Primal packing area, after Operational talent programme became Butchery area leader and now I'm Primal area Manager, looking after and managing 120 staff in Primal department.
