Michelle Kleinert OAM is an accomplished trainer, facilitator, former Mayor and public speaker with extensive experience across a diverse range of industries. Supported by qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Diploma in Leadership and Management, Michelle is a naturally engaging professional known for her empathetic and confident approach. Her consultancy practice delivers tailored, practical programs that create meaningful and lasting outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.
Michelle’s background in theatre, particularly improvisational theatre-sports, helped shape her creativity, quick thinking and deep appreciation for teamwork and shared vision. These skills underpin her work as a coach and mentor, where she is driven by a strong belief in the inherent worth and potential of every individual.
In 2023, Michelle was awarded the prestigious “Master Instructor” title by MHFA International. She has delivered close to 200 Mental Health First Aid courses and raised over $200,000 to support mental health initiatives. Michelle received the Medal of the Order of Australia for her service to local government and the Melbourne community.
