MBW have recently launched The Food Business Charter, setting a bold ambition to work towards 40% female representation across the food industry by 2035.Fuelled by Ambition is the campaign driving this vision forward.
We invite you to reflect on what ambition means for you and how it can shape the future of our sector. You’ll hear from women leading change both inside and outside the meat industry, explore topical issues that matter now, and walk away with ideas, connections and inspiration you can use straight away.
Empower Her Access is an initiative designed to create greater access to the Meat Business Women National Conference for women who may otherwise be unable to attend.
Sponsored by Australian Food Super, the initiative provides support for conference registration, travel, accommodation and ground transfers, helping remove financial and geographic barriers to participation.
Empower Her Access is open to women across the sector, including those early in their careers, running small businesses, studying, or working in regional and remote areas. Applicants are invited to share their story and how attending the conference would support their personal and professional growth.
