Networking is one of the most valued parts of the Meat Business Women National Conference — and this year, we’re taking it one step further.
Our Mentoring Circles are a facilitated networking experience held over lunch, designed to create meaningful conversations rather than chance encounters.
Delegates can register in advance for a mentoring circle aligned to their interests. Each circle is hosted by a member of the MBW network who bring real-world experience, honesty and practical insight.
You’ll enjoy lunch together, take part in a guided discussion, and leave with new connections and ideas you can put into action.

Each circle is limited to small groups to encourage open discussion
Mentors remain at their tables while delegates collect lunch and join their assigned group
Conversations are lightly facilitated with prompts to ensure everyone has the chance to contribute
Places are limited and allocations will be confirmed ahead of the conference.
