When we come together as an empowered community, amazing things happen...

After the resounding success of our 2023 conference, ‘The Power of You,’ where we celebrated and empowered every individual in the Meat Business Women community, our theme has evolved for 2024...

Introducing ‘The Power of Us’.

By working together as an empowered community, collaborating with allies and drawing inspiration from other industries, we can amplify our impact and continue building an inclusive sector for everyone. This is The Power of Us!

The Conference...

Get ready to elevate your knowledge, upskill, embrace empowerment and take meaningful action towards a more inclusive industry at Meat Business Women’s UK & Ireland conference 2024.

During the morning, you’ll hear key industry insights from leaders at the forefront of retail, foodservice and manufacturing, as well as key leadership lessons and how they’ve embraced their own power to help them climb the career ladder.

Following our keynote speakers, we'll host a panel session, where you'll hear stories of leaders from outside the food industry. They'll share they have carved their own path of empowerment to reach a leadership position, as well as how they've championed and supported gender inclusion in their industries..

Our second panel session will cover all you need to know about male allyship in practise in the workplace.

After lunch we'll be joined by Personal Impact coach Jodi Goldman. You'll learn why women tend to hold themselves back (and how to stop doing it); how to own your role as a female leader in your company / industry (no matter your level); and the 5 steps to SHINE in your career (even as an introvert) so that you make more impact, influence and income.

We’re all about creating authentic connections, so you’ll have the chance to connect in a relaxed environment throughout the day, and over a glass of fizz during our drinks reception at the end of the day.
